Creative Writing Living Learning Community
The Creative Writing LLC is designed for students interested in writing fiction, poetry, or creative nonfiction. It doesn’t matter if you’ve written dozens of stories or zero. As long as you’re interested in what it’s like to become a writer, this LLC is for you. Our students will meet published authors and attend public performances of creative work throughout the Twin Cities. They will learn how to craft short stories and poems and also how to provide constructive criticism for their peers. In this LLC, our close-knit community of students and artists will practice becoming writers, and they’ll learn about the many writing jobs available in Minnesota and beyond. If you’ve ever been curious about becoming a writer, this LLC is the perfect place for you.
