Post Graduation
Outcomes & Career Readiness
St. Thomas students get more than a diploma to frame.
Tommies graduate with a liberal arts foundation and loads of real-life readiness to become global citizens. Students who earn their degree here are ready to lead teams, communicate effectively and successfully influence others - in the workplace or in graduate school.
Tommies are CEOs, scientists, humanitarians, diplomats, authors, teachers, surgeons, nonprofit leaders, engineers, attorneys, researchers and lots and lots and lots of other things.
Five years after graduation, Tommie alumni earn the highest median salary among graduates of all private and public colleges and universities in MN - $73,168. (U.S. Census Bureau PSEO Explorer, 2025 Update)
A different education creates a different graduate.
